The European Platform for Access to Personal and Family Rights (EPAPFR) aims to promote access to rights for anyone facing an international family dispute by promoting prevention, awareness and legal information.
This platform promotes cooperation between actors specialized in international family law in the Member States of the European Union.
As such, the project aims to strengthen the knowledge of European, international and internal rules of private international law and thereby fight against the “non-use” of rights in international family matters.
The EPAPFR aims to constitute a point of convergence, a resource place, at the European level, in order to contribute to the construction of a common European legal culture in international family law.
